goals and accomplish them in order to increase your own sense of personal 


well-being. (4 session minimum)

If you are looking to feel mentally and physically healthier and more motivated toward positive life changes, then this 4 week course is for you. The Nourish Project is designed for those who seek whole wellness, enjoy the liveliness of a supportive group and are ready to take some action.
